  • "I feel quite fortunate to have met Patrick. It was like running into a character from a story one reads. About the enigmatic person who traveled around Asia and came back to impart the knowledge he had gained. Just a few hours with Patrick will improve your understanding of the Chinese internal arts in ways you couldn’t imagine!"

    —Qaesar El Haj

  • "I am 63 years old and have been to numerous doctors because of a “balance/sense of rocking” disorder called Chronic Subjective Dizziness that I was diagnosed with 11 years ago. I have tried physical therapy, chiropractic care and massage therapy and nothing has really helped until I found Patrick Gilman. After only 2 sessions, I have already noticed a huge difference as I am much more balanced and the rocking sensation has subsided substantially!"

    —Carter Warren

  • "Patrick has a very approachable and gentle demeanor which makes learning from him very pleasant as he is also extremely skilled and communicates in a personable manner. How he communicates feedback to me with my forms may be informative, but is also poetic which helps me frame his instruction in a fresh, interesting way. What he offers is very valuable and should be highly welcomed."

    —Kery Mauvais

  • "I went to Patrick for tailbone, hip, and sacral pain. After 2 sessions they are all but gone. My background includes being a massage therapist and craniosacral provider, but Rolfing is the only technique that has taken my pain away."

    —Sally Chamberlain

  • "I wasn’t afraid of hurting him. Not because it wasn’t possible, but due to his inner being’s state of consciousness. I am grateful that Patrick has a wealth of inner spirit that lends itself well to both martial and healing arts. He is a cool dude."

    —Joshua Maichan

  • "Patrick’s depth of knowledge and experience in the Chinese internal martial arts is a rare find. With a kind and generous nature, he focuses on uncovering the student’s latent potential. His understanding and guidance helped me unlock deeper levels of skill in my art, the sign of a true teacher."

    —Garth Reynolds
